Environment
Our vision of emission-free towns and cities everywhere commits us to improving the lives of people most affected by air pollution. We supply only 100% renewable power and, with a 100% green fleet and paperless office, we are working towards zero waste in our own and our suppliers’ operations.
Social
A living wage and Investors in People employer, we support skills and access to work training for young people and celebrate our diverse workforce. We pioneered accessible EV charging with Disabled Motoring UK, and we have zero tolerance approach to risks to the health and safety of our people, suppliers and communities.
Governance
Customer and client service excellence is at the heart of what we do. Mirroring social impact metrics, our equality, diversity and inclusion policies and practices are under regular review. Policies are trained in for all new starters and we adhere to privacy, discrimination and modern slavery standards. Health and safety is represented and reported at the management Board level.
